Abrasive blasting is a process we use with an Empire pressure cabinet to remove old paint, rust, and corrosion. It creates a clean, contaminant-free surface and ensures perfect adhesion for the powder coating. Even on new, clean metal, abrasive blasting creates the ideal etch for powder coating. We also welcome DIY projects and sandblast-only jobs, saving you hours of grinding and sanding!
